Sexual Harassment
Actreks recognizes that every employer who does not comply with the Employer Sexual Harassments Act is at risk of paying a penalty fee of $5000, or being imprisoned for 12 months or both.
To manage this risk for employers, Actreks offers the following services:
Provide for the employer, a clear, written policy statement against sexual harassment within the workplace
Ensure that the policy statement is made available to all employees on their first day
discuss the act with employees so that they have a very good understanding of its provisions.
Receive sign off from employees that they understand the provisions of the Act
